"Who's that?"

I swear, that IS her pet phrase. How else would she be repeating it a gazillion times a day?

Excuse #1: She's the new kid on the block
Excuse #2: She needs time to memorize all the new faces, new names
Excuse #3: All Caucasians look alike?

Truth #1: Spitting out "Who's that?" every time someone walks by does not make her look any more diligent
Truth #2: Entrapping the other person to repeat the same answer over and over again within the same hour only serve as ridicule
